摘　　要：全科住院医师住院医师规范化培训对于提升社区医疗水平具有极为重要的作用,自21世纪开始,我国一直将该项规范化培训工作最为医疗卫生行业的重点,但结合实际情况来看,在全科住院医师规范化培训的实施过程中还存在一定问题,在一定程度上阻碍着该项工作的发展。该文就主要通过对燕山办事处社区卫生服务中心带教全科住院医师的总结,分析全科住院医师规范化培训社区带教存在的问题及思考,提出自己的建议,以便更好地促进全科住院医师规范化培训教学工作的开展。The standardized training of general residents is of important significance to improving the community medicallevel, since 21st century, our country has regarded this standardized training work as a key point, but in fact, there issues in the implementation course of standardized training of general residents, which hinder the development of this workto a certain degree, the paper mainly summarizes the teaching general residents in the Yanshan Office Community HealthService Center, analyzes the issues and considerations in the standardized community teaching of general residents and putsforwards their own suggestions in order to better promote the development of the standardized training teaching work of thegeneral residents.
