摘 要:以AKL9400ZZXC自卸半挂车为例,运用运动学和动力学理论,基于作图法及动力平衡方程,对每节油缸即将伸出时的危险工况进行受力分析,计算直推式举升机构各节伸缩油缸直径,并给出推导过程。结果表明,所选油缸总行程及各节油缸直径满足设计要求,该方法为举升机构结构设计及失效模式分析提供了可靠的依据。In this paper, taking the AKL9400ZZXC dump semi-trailers for example, the stress analysis of dangerous statuswhen the cylinder is extending is carried out by using the theory of kinematics and dynamics based on the graphing method andthe dynamic equilibrium equation. Each scaling cylinder diameter of the lifting mechanism is calculated, and the derivationprocess is also given. The results show that the stroke and the diameter of the selected cylinder can fit the design requirements, thus the method provides reliable basis for structure design of the lifting mechanism and failure mode analysis.
