摘　　要：文章回顾了国内外关于法定机构的研究成果,分析了其在基础理论方面主要聚焦于发展史、特征、作用的研究,在实践研究中重点关注其存在的问题及应对方法,同时指出现有成果在理论的系统性、研究方法、效果评价研究三个方面存在不足。This paper reviews the domestic and international research on the statutory bodies. It analyzes that the basic theory mainly focus on the development history,characteristics,and effects of the statutory bodies. The practical research focus on the existing problems and the solutions. Points out that the current studies have some imperfections in the systematic theory,research methods,and the research on effect evaluation.
