摘 要:目的:探讨孕晚期胎心监护联合脐血流S/D值监测预测胎儿窘迫的价值.方法:选取2014-01/2015-12内蒙古医科大学附属医院收治的足月妊娠孕妇200例,所有孕妇产前均行胎心监测及脐血流检测.预测两种检测手段与联合检测的结果.结果:联合检测胎儿窘迫发生率33.5%,胎心监护胎儿窘迫发生率27.0%,脐血流检测胎儿窘迫发生率22.0%,联合检测明显高于另两种检测手段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胎心监测与脐血流检查胎儿窘迫发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);胎心监测符合率58.0%,脐血流监测符合率66.0%,脐血流监测符合率略高,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:联合检测排除了单项监测时各方面因素的干扰,大幅度提高了胎儿窘迫的诊断率,弥补了单一检测的不足,有助于为早期预测胎儿窘迫提供依据.AIM: To investigate the value of fetal heart rate monitoring combined with umbilical cord blood flow S / D value in the prediction of fetal distress. METHODS: A total of 200 cases of term pregnant women admitted into Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from January 2014 to December 2015 were treated by fetal heart rate monitoring combined with umbilical blood monitoring test. The results of two kinds of detection methods and joint detection were predicted. RESULTS: Fetal distress rate of combined detection was 33.5%; Fetal distress rate of fetal heart monitoring was 27.0%; Fetal distress rate of umbilical blood monitoring test was 22.0%. Fetal distress rate of combined detection was higher than that of the other two kinds of detection means,with statistically significant difference( P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between fetal heart monitoring and umbilical blood monitoring test( P〉0.05); Accordance rate of fetal heart monitoring was 58.0%,which was slightly higher than 66. 0% of umbilical blood flow monitoring test,with no statistical significant difference( P〉0.05). CONCLUSION:Combined detection excludes the interference of various factors in the single detection. It greatly improves diagnostic rate of fetal distress,and makes up for the deficiency of single detection. It helps providing evidence for the early prediction of fetal distress.
