层级护理管理模式在ICU护理管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：ICU患者病情变化快,护理管理复杂,工作量大,护士需承受较大心理压力,不利于心理健康,应加强护理管理,提高工作质量及护理水平,改善护士不良心理。层级护理管理模式是一种标准化、规范化的管理形式,给予多层次、多角度护理管理,保证护理质量。此文对ICU护理管理中层级护理管理模式应用进行研究。The disease condition of ICU patients changes rapidly with complex nursing management and heavy workload,and the nurses need to suffer great pressure, which is not conducive to mental health, and we should enhance the nursing management, improve the work quality and nursing level and improve the adverse psychology of nurses, and the hierarchical nursing management model is a standardized and normalized management form, and we should give the multi-level and multi-angle nursing management and ensure the nursing quality. The paper briefly researches the application of hierarchical nursing management mode in the ICU nursing management.
