摘 要:目的探讨关节镜手术影像式教学联合实际操作对骨科见实习的影响。方法选择2015年9月—2016年6月在该科实习的临床医学专业见习学生25人作为研究组,给予影像式教学模式进行教学;另选取同期在该科实习25名同学为对照组,给予传统教学模式,比较两组实习生出科考试成绩以及对教学模式的满意度对比。结果研究组实习生在基础专业知识、临床实际操作、病例书写、临床实践能力以及临床应变分析能力的得分上均显著高于对照组(t=6.353、9.856、5.263、7.247、t=7.036,P〈0.05),两组成绩差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);研究组实习生对教学模式满意者共25例,其满意度为100%,对照组实习生对教学模式满意者共17例,其满意度为68.00%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.637,P=0.000)。结论关节镜手术影像式教学联合实际操作相对比传统的教学方法有效的提高了实习生的学习动力、临床操作能力、临床应变能力以及专业知识的能力,有利于提高实习生学习和操作的兴趣以及思维模式,具有良好的教学效果,值得在骨科教学中广泛应用。Objective To study the effect of arthroscpic surgical imaging teaching combined with practical operation on the trainees in the department of orthopaedics. Methods 25 cases of trainees in the clinical medical major in our department from September 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research group, and they adopted the imaging teaching model for teaching, and 25 cases of trainees in our department at the same period were selected as the control group and they adopted the traditional teaching model, and the after-department examination score and satisfactory degree to teaching model of the two groups were compared. Results The basic professional knowledge, clinical practical operation, medical records writing,clinical practical ability and clinical response and analytic abilities in the research group were obviously higher than those in the control group,(t =6.353,9.856,5.263,7.247,t =7.036, P〈0.05), and the difference in the score between the two groups was obvious with statistical significance, P〈0.05, and the differences in the satisfied number and satisfactory degree between the research group and the control group were obvious with statistical significance,(25 cases, 100% vs 17 cases, 68.00%),P〈0.05. Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method, the arthroscpic surgical imaging teaching combined with practical operation effectively improves the leaning ability, clinical operation ability, clinical response ability and professional knowledge ability of trainees, which is conducive to improving the learning and operation interests and thinking model of training with a good teaching effect, and it is worth wide application in the teaching in the department of orthopaedics.
