摘  要:目的了解我院肺炎克雷伯菌与大肠埃希菌在不同临床标本中的分布及耐药特点。方法采用K-B法药敏进行药敏试验并应用WHONET 5.4软件和SPSS 17.0对数据进行统计分析。结果医院产ESBLs大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌总检出率分别为30.9%和22.7%,且对绝大多数抗菌药物的耐药率高于30%;产ESBLs大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌在不同标本间对同一抗菌药物的耐药率有显著差别。结论肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌在各类临床标本中的检出率和耐药率有差异,及时了解其耐药特点对合理应用抗菌药物十分重要。Objective To investigate the distribution of different clinical specimens and the surveillance of drug resistance in K.pneumoniae and E.coli.Methods Kirby-Bauer method was adopted for antibiotic sensitivity test.Data was analyzed by WHONET 5.4software and SPSS 17.0.Results The detection rates of ESBLs producing E.coli and K.pneumoniae were 30.9% and 22.7%,respectively,and the resistant rate was higher than 30%for the vast majority of antimicrobial drugs.There was significant different of resistant rate of the same ESBLs producing K.pneumoniae and E.coli for the same antimicrobial drug among the different clinical specimens.Conclusion K.pneumoniae and E.coli distributed in various clinical specimens in different proportion,timely investigate their resistance characteristics in different clinical specimens is very important for rational application of antimicrobial agents.
