智库理念下的高校图书馆员能力培养研究

摘　　要：从智库理念入手,提出图书馆员要从三方面大力提升自身能力,以适应时代需求。首先,在思想层面引入智库理念;其次,加强馆员的学习能力,增加知识储备;最后,提升馆员在工作实践中的执行能力,即对用户的调研能力、对信息的收集处理能力和在服务团队中的沟通协调能力。三方面能力的培养要互相兼顾、协调发展,以适应智库建设要求和高校图书馆未来的发展。Starting from the idea of the think tank, the librarians should promote their own ability from threeaspects,to adapt to the needs of the times. First of all, introduce the concept of think tanks in the ideologicallevel. Then, strengthen the learning ability of the librarians and increase the knowledge reserve. Finally, enhancethe executive ability of Librarians in the work practice, namely the ability to research user, the ability to collectand process information and the communication and coordination skills in the service team. In short, these threeaspects ability balance each other and develop coordinately, in order to meet the requirements of the think tank andthe future development in university libraries.
