摘　　要：分析了房屋征收的特点,针对目前房屋征收过程中存在的问题,从完善拆迁补偿制度、合理司法行政、引入司法仲裁三方面,阐述了具体的解决策略,从而提高房屋征收工作的效率。This paper analyzed the characteristics of housing levy,according to the existing problems in present housing levy process,from the perfect relocation compensation system,reasonable justice administration,introduction of judicial arbitration three aspects,elaborated specific solutions,so as to improve the efficiency of housing levy work.
