摘　　要：农村电子商务的发展,对城乡信息交互和物流服务质量提出了新要求。文中通过湖北省154户农户"家电下乡"和"农超对接"活动的调查,发现存在政策宣传不到位、质量无保障以及农户期望值不高等问题,并给出了相关建议。The development of electronic commerce in the countryside has put forward new demands on the interaction of information between urban and rural areas and the quality of logistics service. In this paper,through the investigation of 154 households ＂household appliances to the countryside＂and ＂agricultural super docking＂activities in Hubei Province,we found that there are not enough policy advocacy,no guarantee of quality and no higher expectations of farmers,and then,some related suggestions are given.
