准时制生产方式视角下的物流管理研究

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展和市场的变化,各种新型的企业管理理论、企业生产方式和企业经营模式也接连涌现,为未来企业的发展提供了多种发展途径和发展方向。准时制生产就是其中的一种具有代表性的生产方式,起源于日本丰田汽车公司。文中将对准时制生产方式进行介绍,介绍在这种生产方式下,物流管理的特点及采购物流管理的要点。With the development of social economy and the changing market,a variety of new enterprise management theory,enterprise production and business model has emerged,provides the way and development direction for the future development of a variety of enterprise development. Just in time production is one of the representative production methods,which originated from the Toyota Auto Body Co of Japan. This article will be on time system of production,introduced in this mode of production,the characteristics of logistics management and the main points of the procurement of logistics management.
