摘 要:结合船舶及海工领域重大件物流搬运的特点及市场需求,提出一种面向中小修船领域的重大件物流移运方法。该方法采用一体化控制技术,液压平板车潜入水下后将船舶夹紧托起,通过自动变量泵对平板的下潜、上移、升举、潜降、刹车进行控制,将船舶安全平稳地从水中移载到陆地进行维修改造或从陆地移运到水域,填补了国内10000吨级以下船舶无需进船坞便可进行有效修理的市场空白。This paper proposes a cargo transport method for large and heavy cargo logistics in small and medium shipyards. This method is designed by considering the market requirement and the characteristics of heavy- lifts material handling in the ship and maritime engineering. In this method,with integrated control technology,a hydraulic pallet transporter can dive to be under a ship,clamp it and push it up. Automatic variable pumps are used to control the diving,floating,lifting,depressing and braking of the transporter flatbeds. The ship can be moved from water to land safely and smoothly for repair or maintenance,or moved from land back to water. This method allows ships of under 10,000 tons to be repaired and maintained without docking.
