摘 要:目的:研究鲜芦根水提物对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法:采用碳粒廓清实验研究鲜芦根水提物对正常小鼠和CTX致免疫低下模型小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响;选择YAC-1为靶细胞,通过测定靶细胞裂解释放的LDH含量的方法来评价鲜芦根水提物对NK细胞的活性的影响。结果:对正常小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬功能的影响:与对照组比较,鲜芦根高剂量组能提高小鼠碳粒吞噬系数(α),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对免疫低下小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬功能的影响:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组小鼠吞噬系数(α)显著降低(P<0.05);与CTX导致的免疫抑制组(模型对照组)比较,鲜芦根水提物高剂量组吞噬系数明显升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。鲜芦根水提物各剂量组NK细胞的活性均有所提高,其中高剂量22.5 g·kg-1组NK细胞的活性(%)显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鲜芦根水提物能够增加正常小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬功能,对环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制有较强的拮抗作用,能明显增强免疫低下小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬能力,能够增强NK细胞的活性。尤以鲜芦根水提物22.5 g·kg-1剂量效果明显。Objective:To study the influence of the aqueous extract of Rhizoma Phragmitis on mice's nonspecific immunity function. Methods : Carbon particle clearance test was applied to study the influence of the aqueous extract of Rhizoma Phragmitis on the nonspecific immunity function of normal mice and immunocompromised model mice induced by CTX. YAC-1 was chosen as target cell ,and the influence of the aqueous extract of Rhizoma Phragmitis on the NK cell activity was determined by detecting the content of LDH released by the target cell lysis. Results : For the influence on the phagocytic function of the reticuloendothelial system in normal nfice,the high dosage of Rhizoma Phragmitis group can enhance the mice's carbon particle phagocytosis coefficient (α) compared with control group;the difference had statistical significance ( P 〈0.05 ). For the influence on the phagocytic function of the reticuloendothelial system in normal mice, the phagocytosis coefficient (α) in model control group markedly de- clined compal^d with normal control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the CTX-induced immunosuppression group ( model control group) ,the phagoeytosis coeffieient of the high dosage of Rhizoma Phragmilis group increased apparently, with statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). The NK cell activity in each dosage of Rhizoma Phragmitis group increased, among which the NK cell activity in high dosage of 22.5 g · kg^-1 group significantly higher than that in normal control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion :The aqueous extract of Rhizoma Phragmitis can enhance the phagocylic function of the reticuloendothelial system in normal mice,has relatively strong antagonism against the CTX-induced immunosuppression,improve the phagocytic function of the reticuloendothelial system of immunocompromised mice and increase the NK ceU activity. Especially, the aqueous extract of Rhizoma Phragmitis with dosage of 22.5g/kg has remarkable influence.
