健脾除湿祛风方加减治疗慢性唇炎44例

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾除湿祛风方加减治疗慢性唇炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2014年1月黄冈市中医医院治疗的慢性唇炎患者88例为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组给予金霉素软膏涂抹唇部治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用健脾除湿祛风方治疗。结果:对照组有效率81.82%,观察组有效率93.18%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后临床症状、体征评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月复发率分别为18.18%、29.55%、45.45%,观察组治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月复发率分别为6.82%、13.64%、20.45%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾除湿祛风方加减治疗慢性唇炎临床疗效显著,复发率低。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Modified Spleen-Strengthening, Damp-Removing and Wind-Expelling Formula on chronic cheilitis. Methods：Totally 88 patients with chronic cheilitis treated in Huanggang City Hospital of Chinese Medicine between January,2012 and January,2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 44 cases in each group. Control group were applied Chlorotetracycline Ointment to the lip while observation group were added with treatment of Modified Spleen-Strengthening, Damp-Removing and Wind-Expelling Formula. Results：The effective rate was 93.18% in observation group,better than that of 81.82% in control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The scores of clinical symptoms and signs in observation group were better than these in control group after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After 3 months ,6 months and 12 months of treatment, the recurrence rates in control group were respectively 18.18% ,29.55% and 45.45%, and in observation group were respectively 6. 82% , 13.64% and 20.45% ;the condition in observation group was better than that in control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Modified Spleen-Strengthening, Damp-Removing and Wind-Expelling Formula has remarkable therapeutic effects on chronic cheilitis and is with little recurrence rate.
