滋阴清热方联合胶原蛋白敷贴治疗女性青春期后痤疮30例

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴清热方联合胶原蛋白敷贴治疗女性青春期后痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1月—2014年6月常熟市第五人民医院门诊女性青春期后痤疮患者90例,按开放式非随机同期对照试验原则分为治疗组和对照1组、对照2组各30例。治疗组给予滋阴清热方加减联合胶原蛋白敷贴治疗,对照1组给予滋阴清热方加减治疗,对照2组给予胶原蛋白敷贴治疗。结果:治疗组有效率93.33%,对照1组有效率73.33%,对照2组有效率70.00%,治疗组优于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05);三组患者均未出现严重不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:滋阴清热方联合胶原蛋白敷贴治疗女性青春期后痤疮效果显著。Objective：To obsen, e the clinical effects of Yin-Nourishing and Heat-Clearing Prescription combined with topical application of collagen on female post-adolescent ache. Methods：Totally 90 female patients with post-adolescent acne treated in Changshu City No. 5 People＇s Hospital between January,2013 and June, 2014 were randomly divided into control group 1, control group 2 and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. Treatment group were given Yin-Nourishing and Heat-Clearing Prescription combined with topical application of collagen while control group 1 were given Modified Yin-Nourishing and Heat-Clearing Prescription and control group 2 were given topical application of collagen. Results：The effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group and 73.33 % in control groupl and 70.00% in control group2 ; treatment group were better than control groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no serious adverse reaction in three groups;the difference had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Yin-Nouris- hing and Heat-Clearing Prescription combined with topical application of collagen has remarkable therapeutic effects on female post-adolescent ache.
