黄龙汤加减联合电针治疗盐酸吗啡控释片所致便秘46例

摘　　要：目的:观察黄龙汤加减联合电针治疗盐酸吗啡控释片所致便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取胜利石油管理局河口中医院内科2011年6月—2014年4月住院治疗的盐酸吗啡控释片所致便秘患者92例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组46例。治疗组给予黄龙汤加减联合电针治疗,对照组给予乳果糖口服溶液治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为82.60%,对照组有效率为69.56%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后胃动素水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄龙汤加减联合电针治疗盐酸吗啡控释片所致便秘疗效显著。Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of Modified Yellow Dragon Decoction combined with electroacupuncture on constipation induced by Morphine Hydrochloride. Methods：Totally 92 patients with constipation induced by Morphine Hydrochloride treated in the Internal Medicine Department of Hekou Hospital of Shengli Petroleum Administrative Bureau between June, 2011 and April ,2014 were randomly divided into control group and treatment, with 46 cases in each group. Control group were given oral administration of Lactulose while treatment group were given Modified Yellow Dragon Decoction combined with electroacupuncture for the treatment. Results：The effective rate was 82.60% in treatment group and 69.56% in control group;treatment group were better than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment,the level of motilin in treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Modified Yellow Dragon Decoction combined with eleetroacupuncture on constipation iuduced by Morphine Hydrochloride has remarkable therapeutic effects on constipation induced by Morphine Hydrochloride.
