摘　　要：目的：观察宁肺合剂联合三伏贴治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD）的疗效。方法：选取2012年1月—2013年1月在本院就诊的COPD患者120例,均符合COPD稳定期诊断标准且病情属中重度,即肺功能为Ⅱ~Ⅲ级的患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上辨证给予宁肺合剂加减联合三伏贴治疗。结果：治疗组有效率93.3%,对照组有效率83.3%,治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后SGRQ评分、急性加重次数、肺功能均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：宁肺合剂联合三伏贴治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效确切。Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of Ningfei Mixture combined with plastering therapy on hot dog days on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods：Totally 120 patients with moderately severe COPD （lung function of level Ⅱ-Ⅲ） accorded with the diagnostic criteria of COPD at stable stage treated in this hospital between January ,2012 and January, 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional western medicine therapy while treatment group were added with Ningfei Mixture combined with plastering therapy on hot dog days. Results：The effective rate was 93.3 % in treatment group and 83.3% in control group ;treatment group were better than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The score of SGRQ, acute exacerbation times and lung function in treatment group were better than these in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Ningfei Mixture combined with plastering therapy on hot dog days has definite therapeutic effects on COPD.
