五加生化胶囊联合缩宫素治疗产后子宫复旧不全50例  

Fifty Cases with Incomplete Puerperal Involution of Uterus Treated with Five Supplemented Engendering and Transforming Capsule Combined with Pitocin

摘　　要：目的:观察五加生化胶囊联合缩宫素治疗产后子宫复旧不全的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组给予缩宫素和常规抗炎药进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用五加生化胶囊。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后宫缩疼痛VAS评分变化情况。结果:研究组显效率为94.0%,对照组显效率为82.0%,两组患者显效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在宫缩疼痛的VAS评分方面,两组患者治疗后的VAS评分均明显低于治疗前,且研究组的改善程度更加明显,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五加生化胶囊可有效促进分娩后子宫复旧,改善恶露异常和宫缩疼痛症状。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Five Supplemented Engendering and Transforming Capsule combined with Pitoein on incomplete puerperal inw,lution of uterus （IPIU）. Methods： Totally 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 50 cases in each group. Control group were given Pitocin and regular anti-inflammatory drugs for the treatment while research group were additionally given Five Supplemented Engendering and Transforming Capsule. The clinical effects and the changes of VAS after the treatment in both groups were observed. Results ：The obvious effective rate was 94.0% in research group and 82.0% in control group;the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The VAS of pain due to uterine contraction after treatment in both groups gol apparent decline,and the improvement in research group was much more apparent in control group,with statistical significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Five Supplemented Engendering and Transforming Capsule can effectively promote the involution of uterus,improve the condition of lochia and pain due to uterine contraction.
