等速训练结合阳陵泉穴温针灸治疗创伤性膝关节僵直临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察等速训练结合阳陵泉穴温针灸治疗创伤性膝关节僵直的疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2014年4月湖北医药学院附属太和医院康复科诊治的创伤性膝关节僵直患者60例为研究对象,按照随机对照单盲的原则将60例患者分为研究组、对照1组、对照2组,每组20例。三组患者均给予常规运动疗法治疗,研究组另给予等速运动训练结合阳陵泉穴温针灸治疗,对照1组另给予等速运动训练治疗。结果:研究组治疗后VAS评分优于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后屈曲度、伸直度、屈伸弧度优于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后伸肌群和屈肌群PT、PT/BW、AP值优于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05);三组治疗后H/Q值与治疗前比较无明显差异(P>0.05),三组间治疗后H/Q值比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:等速运动训练结合阳陵泉穴温针灸治疗膝关节僵直疗效明显。Objective：To observe the efficacy of constant-speed training combined with warming acupuncture on Yanglingquan （GB34） on traumatic knee stiffness. Methods：Totally 60 patients with traumatic knee stiffness treated in the Rehabilitation Department of Affiliated Taihe Hospital of Hubei Medical College between January,2012 and April ,2014 were selected as research objects and divided into control group 1, control group 2 and research group with the principle of randomized control single blind, with 20 cases in each group. Three groups were given conventional kinesitherapy. Research group were added with constant-speed training combined with warming acupuncture on Yanglingquan （GB34） for the treatment; control group 1 were given constant- speed training therapy. Results：After treatment, the score of VAS in research group was better than that in control groupl and control group 2 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The values of PT, PT/BW and AP of the extensor muscle group and flexor muscle group in research group were better than these in control group 1 and control group 2 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The differenee of the value of H/Q among the three groups before and ＇after the treatment had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Constant-speed training combined with warming acupuncture on Yanglingquan （GB34） has significant therapeutic efleets on traumatic knee stiffness.
