针刺结合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病72例

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年5月—2013年12月本院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者216例,随机分为综合组、针刺组和推拿组,每组72例。针刺组患者给予针刺治疗,推拿组患者给予推拿手法治疗,综合组患者给予针刺结合推拿治疗。结果:综合组有效率88.89%,针刺组有效率73.61%,推拿组有效率66.67%,综合组优于针刺组、推拿组(P<0.05);治疗后,综合组PRI感觉分、PRI情绪分、PRI总分、VAS评分、PPI评分均优于针刺组、推拿组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病效果良好。Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with massage on nerve-root type cervical spondylosis. Methods ：Totally 216 patients with nerve-root type cervical spondylosis treated in this hospital between May,2011 and December,2013 were randomly divided into comprehensive group, acupuncture group and massage group,with 72 cases in each group. Acupuncture group were given acupuncture treatment ;massage group were given manipulations of massage;comprehensive group were given acupuneture combined with massage treatment. Results： The effective rate was 88.89% in comprehensive group, 73.61% in acupuncture group and 66.67% in massage group;comprehensive group were better than acupuncture group and massage group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with massage on nerve-root type cervical spondylosis.
