针刺治疗抑郁症的免疫调节机制分析

摘　　要：抑郁症的病因病机复杂,过去关于抑郁症主要有两种假说,即单胺假说和素质应激假说。抑郁症与免疫系统功能失调,尤其炎症反应密切相关。针刺可能通过抑制抑郁症促炎细胞因子的生成,恢复HPAA和单胺能神经系统的功能来实现抗抑郁作用。针刺治疗抑郁症可以通过抑制外周及中枢促炎性细胞因子的生成,恢复HPAA的功能,促进神经元的功能来实现抗抑郁作用。以通督调神为治则的针刺治疗兼有抗抑郁和免疫调节作用,今后深入研究和阐明针刺的免疫调节作用在其抗抑郁治疗中的作用,有助于针刺抗抑郁作用机理的发现,也对今后临床抗抑郁治疗具有一定的指导意义。The etiology and pathogenis of depression are complex. There were two hypotheses about depression ： monamiue hypothesis and diathesis-stress hypothesis. Depression has close relationship with the functional disorder of the immune system, especially the inflammatory reaetion. Acupuncture has effects on depression by inhibiting the generation of the proinflammatory cytokine,restoring the HPAA function and promoting the neuronic function. Acupuncture has the anti-depression and immunomodulatory effects with the therapeutic principle of dredging governor channel and regulating mind. Future deep research and expounding of the immunomodulatory effects of acupuncture is conducive to the discovery of the mechanism nf acupuncture in anti-depression and also has certain guidance for future clinical anti-depression treatment.
