针灸治疗青少年近视取穴规律临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸治疗青少年近视的取穴规律,为青少年近视的针灸治疗提供参考。方法:建立Excel数据库,对万方数据库1991年1月—2012年12月收录的全部期刊进行检索,选择针灸治疗青少年近视的文献进行整理分析,筛选出符合纳入标准的49篇文献,对其涉及的腧穴及腧穴的归经、分部及特定穴属性等方面进行总结研究。结果:针灸治疗青少年近视使用频次最多的腧穴为睛明、攒竹、风池、太阳、四白、合谷、承泣;所选用穴位的经脉以经外奇穴和足太阳膀胱经为主;选用腧穴多集中在头面部,以眼周围为最多;背俞穴、原穴、输穴为使用频次最多的特定穴。结论:针灸治疗青少年近视安全、有效,针灸医家多选用经外奇穴和足太阳膀胱经,并以头面部眼周围腧穴为主。Objective：To observe the law of acupoint-selecting for adolescent myopia and provide reference for the acupuncture treatent for adolescent myopia. Methods：Establish Excel database, retrieve all the periodicals included between January, 1991 and February 2012 in Wanfang Database, select and analyze the literature on treating adolescent myopia, screen out 49 thesis accorded with the inclusive criteria and make summary for the related acupoints, meridian tropism, area and nature of specific acupoints. Results ：The most commonly applied acupoints include Jingming （ BL1 ） , Zanzhu （BI2） , Fengchi （ GB20 ） ,Taiyang （ EX-HN5 ） , Sibai （ST2）,Hegu （LI4） and Chengqi （ST1）. The the above acupoints are mostly extra-meridian acupoints and the meridian tropism mainly is the bladder meridian of foot taiyang. Most of the acupoints selected locate on the head and face, especially a- round the eyes. The specific acupoints of back shu acupoint,primordial acupoint and shu-stream acupoint are the most commonly applied. Conclusion： Acupuncture is safe and effective in treating adolescent myopia. Acupuneturist often select extra-meridian acupoints and the bladder meridian of foot taiyang and commonly apply the acupoints around the eyes and on the head and faee.
