摘　　要：目的:构建慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期中医护理质量评价体系。方法:依据医疗质量三维理论,运用Delphi法,确立各级指标的结构、内涵及其权重,构建评价体系。结果:共进行两轮专家函询,构建了慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期中医护理质量评价体系,包括8个一级指标、20个二级指标和45个三级指标,并确立了各级指标的权重。一级指标的权重的排序分别是:中医护理管理、中医护理人力资源、布局与设备。二级指标中"科室中医护理文化建设""中医护理人力资源的配置""中医护理仪器设备"具有较高的权重值。结论:本研究通过两轮专家函询,最终得出了一套慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期中医护理质量评价体系,为临床护理管理者和临床执行者评价该阶段中医护理质量提供了初步的理论依据。Objective ：To establish the assessment indicator system of TCM nursing quality in the stahle phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods：Take the three-dimensional theory of medical treatment quality as the basis, apply the method of Delphi,determine the structure,connotation and weight of indicators of all levels, and establish the assessment system. Results：After two-wheeled specialists＇ inquiries by letter, the assessment indicator system of TCM nursing quality in the stable phase of COPD was estahtishod,including 8 first grade indicators,20 second grade indicators and 45 third grade indicators, and the weight of indicators of all levels were determined. The ranking order of the weights of first grade indicators is：TCM nursing management,human resource of TCM nursing,overall arrangement and equipments. Among the second grade indicators,＂ cultural construction of the administrative office for TCM nursing＂ ,＂ allocation of human resources in TCM nursing＂ and ＂ instrument and equipment in TCM nursing＂ have relatively high weighted value. Conclusion ：After two-wheeled specialists＇ inquiries by letter,an assessment indicator system of TCM nursing quality in the stable phase of COPD has been established, providing a preliminary theoretical basis for the clinical nursing managers and clinical executors to assess the TCM nursing quality in this phase.
