含钛炉料性能及护炉效果研究

摘  要:对高炉含钛炉料护炉机理进行了分析,并对钛球和钛矿2种含钛护炉料的化学成分、冶金性能和护炉效果进行了研究。结果表明,钛球的碱金属含量偏高,钛矿的FeO和硫含量偏高;钛球具有良好的冶金性能,而钛矿还原性能和高温熔滴性能较差。实际护炉效果表明,钛球护炉效果优于钛矿。The mechanism of furnace hearth protection of titanium-containing burden was analyzed. The chemical constituents, metallurgical properties and practical hearth protection effect of the titanium-containing pellet and titanium-containing ore were studied. The results showed that the alkali metal content of titaniumcontaining pellet was relatively high, while the FeO and S content of titanium-containing ore were relatively high. The titanium-containing pellet had good metallurgical properties, while the titanium-containing ore had poor reducibility as well as melting and dripping property. The practical hearth protection effect of the titanium-containing pellet was better than that of the titanium-containing ore.
