“一带一路”战略导向下独立学院人才培养模式改革探析

摘　　要："一带一路"战略的提出为我国未来经济发展探索出一条新路。"一带一路"战略目标的实现离不开人才,特别是高级智力资源的支持。独立学院在服务"一带一路"战略中应该考虑学生特点,面向市场需求,定位于"教学型、应用型"本科学校。独立学院培养出的学生具有扎实的专业知识和专业技能。独立学院通过服务区域经济、灵活设置专业、开展校企合作三个方面进行人才培养模式改革,能够更好地服务于国家"一带一路"战略。The ＂One Belt and One Road＂ strategy is put forward for creating a new way to the future economic development of China and the goal of the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ strategy can＇t be achieved without talents, espe- cially the support of high-level intellectual resources. Independent colleges in serving the strategy should take the characteristics of students into consideration, catering to the market demand and making the colleges ＂teaching-orient- ed and application,oriented＂. Independent colleges cultivate the students with solid professional knowledge and pro- fessional skills, and carry out the reform of talent-training mode through such three aspects as the service of the re- gional economy, the flexible professional setup and the college-enterprise cooperation so as to better serve the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ strategy.
