摘  要:研究了四氯乙烯、四氯化碳、1,1,2 -三氯乙烷、四氯乙烯与 1,1,2 -三氯乙烷混合液 (体积比 1:1)用作浸取液时 ,浸取温度、液固比、不溶性硫磺初始浓度与浸取效果之间的关系。结果显示除四氯化碳浸取效果不理想外 ,其它的浸取液都有望取代二硫化碳用作不溶性硫磺的浸取剂。较佳的条件为浸取温度 75℃、液固比 2 0mL/ g ,在此条件 (IS初始含量 34.5 6 % )下制得的不溶性硫含量可达 91%以上。找到了一烯烃高聚物及一改性石蜡油性体用作不溶性硫磺的高温稳定剂 ,使处理后的不溶性硫产品在 10 5℃温度下经过 30min的热作用后的稳定率高于70 %。The relation between the leaching temperature, the rate of liquid to solid, the enter-content of insoluble sulfur with the leaching effect were studied in these leaching liquid: tetrachloroethylene, tetrachloromethane, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, tetrachloroethylene and 1,1,2-trichloroethane (the volume ratio of one to one). The results showed that these leaching liquids, except tetrachloromethane, were good at leaching insoluble sulfur, which make it possible to use leaching insoluble sulfur in replacement of the carbon disulfide. The optimum leaching conditions are as follows: temperature is 75 ℃, the rate of liquid to solid is 20 ml/g. Under the conditions(IS≥34.56%), the content of insoluble sulfur is above 91%. The polymer of ethylene and the oil of modified paraffin were found as the high-temperature stabilizer of insoluble sulfur. The stabilization rate of products which had been treated with the stabilizer reached over 70% after exposure at 105℃ for 30 min.
