摘　　要：目的 观察眶隔内自体脂肪颗粒游离移植矫正上睑凹陷的临床效果.方法 对27例上睑凹陷患者,将自体脂肪填充于上睑眶隔内矫正上睑凹陷.结果 术后随访3～24个月,26例患者均获得了较好的矫正效果,1例患者行二次填充后效果满意.结论 眶隔内自体脂肪颗粒游离移植矫正上睑凹陷可取得较好的临床效果,不良反应少,不失为一种安全、有效的方法.Objective To observe the clinical effect of sunken upper eyelid corrected by free grafting of autologous fat granules into the orbital septum. Methods Sunken upper eyelids were corrected in twenty-seven patients by free grafting of autologous fat granules into the orbital septnm. Results After 3 to 24 months followup on 26 cases, all were satisfied with the results except one patient who obtained good results after a second operation. Conclusion The correction of autologous fat granules of the orbital septum in sunken upper eyelids by free grafting is safe and effective with few side effects.
