茵陈术附汤联合黄体酮治疗脾肾阳虚复发性流产随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察茵陈术附汤联合黄体酮治疗脾肾阳虚复发性流产疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将84例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组42例黄体酮,根据孕酮值调用量。治疗组42例茵陈术附汤,附子制9g,白术炒、茵陈各15g,党参、麦冬各25g,杜仲15g,菟丝子25g,二花20g,丹参12g,水煎400m L,1剂/d,早晚温服;黄体酮治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、HCG、B超、孕酮、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程(28d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈25例,有效15例,无效2例,总有效率95.23%;对照组痊愈15例,有效15例,无效12例,总有效率71.42%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]茵陈术附汤联合黄体酮治疗脾肾阳虚复发性流产,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of jiawei yinchenzhufu decoction combined with progesteroneinjection in recurrent spontaneous abortion. [Methods] 84 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 42 cases in each group. Told both husband and wife to keep a good habit. The control group was given routine support progesterone therapy, and replenishingspleen and kidney, tonifying Qi, clearing heat and removing blood stasis （prepared fuzi, fried baizhu, yinchen,dangshen, maidong, duzhong, tusizi, jinyinhua, danshen） was given combined with progesterone injection in treatment group. Two groups both were treated as 14 days a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment. [Results] In the treatment group, 25 cases were cured, 15 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the effective rate is 95.23%.But in control group 15 cases were cured, 15 cases were effective, 12 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 71.42%. Both in two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Yinchenzhufu Decoction combined with progesterone injection has definite effect on the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion, and can significantly reduce the probability of spontaneous abortion.
