摘　　要：独活寄生汤为治疗痹症常用方剂,用于肝肾两虚,风寒湿痹,疗效显著。腰椎间盘突出症,散寒除湿、补益肝肾,独活15g,羌活12g,桑寄生15g,蜈蚣2条,秦艽12g,僵蚕9g,白芍12g,防风15g,桃仁、红花各12g,巴戟天、威灵仙各15g,鸡血藤12g,杜仲15g,牛膝、丝瓜络各12g,炙甘草6g;腰椎管狭窄症,散寒除湿,补肝益肾,独活15g,桑寄生20g,细辛5g,川断、威灵仙各12g,防风10g,杜仲、牛膝各12g,红花10g,制附片9g,桂枝12g,伸筋草15g,甘草6g,骨碎补12g,补骨脂10g;膝关节骨性关节炎,散寒除湿,补肝益肾,独活15g,桑寄生20g,细辛5g,川断、威灵仙各12g,防风10g,杜仲、牛膝各12g,红花10g,制附片9g,桂枝12g,伸筋草15g,甘草6g,骨碎补12g,补骨脂10g,10剂,1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚温服。Duhuojisheng decoction for the treatment of arthralgia common prescription for spondylosis lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis of the knee and other notable. Osteoarthritis of the knee treated by cold and dampness, liver and kidney.
