摘　　要：产后身痛系产后气血亏虚,外邪乘虚而入,邪瘀互结,流滞筋脉,痹阻气血,证属本虚标实;治疗大法为扶正祛邪。产褥早期以补益气血为主,后期以扶正通络为主,有中药辨证分型(气血亏虚、肝肾亏虚、血虚寒凝、瘀血内停、痰湿阻络、情志不遂)汤剂治疗,针灸(针刺、温针、员利针、穴位注射、艾灸、铺灸)、热敷、熏蒸等,并有内外结合、多法并用综合治疗。不足之处如辨证分型随意性较大,诊疗标准缺少统一性等。Postpartum body pain is due to Postpartum body pain postpartum deficiency of Qi and blood, invaded by creep in, evil stasis mutual junction, the flow hysteresis channels, block Qi and blood, belong to the deficiency of the real; Late puerperal early give priority to in order to benefit Qi and blood, with Late to hold upright collaterals, Traditional Chinese medicine dialectical classification（Deficiency of Qi and blood, Liver and kidney deficiency, Blood deficiency haemorrheological nature, Blood stasis to treat, Phlegmy wet winding Resistance, affect-mind dissatisfacion）chinese herbal decoction on simple chinese medicine decoction, acupuncture and moxibustion（acupuncture, needle warming moxibustion, yuan li needle, Point injection, moxibustion with moxa stick, Article spread their drugs on her back with moxibustion）, hot compress with traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.and, more and comprehensive treatment in combination with inside and outside of shortcomings such as optional the gender is big, diagnosis and treatment standard lack of uniformity, etc.
