摘　　要：目的改善我院对不良事件管理的传统模式,设计开发不良事件管理系统。方法在本院原有的医、护工作站和医院信息系统(HIS)的基础上进行二次开发,设计不良事件管理系统,基于HIS数据库建立不良事件管理字典表和业务表。结果系统的使用规范了我院不良事件管理流程,提高了临床工作人员及监管职能部门的工作效率。结论结合医院发展需求开发应用软件,才更有实际意义。Objective To improve the traditional management model of adverse events and to design an adverse event management system. Methods On the basis of the workstations for doctors and nurses as well as HIS（Hospital Information System）, an adverse event management system was designed, and the adverse event management dictionary table and service table were built. Results The system standardized the workflow of adverse event management and improved the work efficiency of clinical staff and related supervision departments. Conclusion Development of the software in combination of the development needs of the hospital had practical significance.
