摘　　要：本文结合我院实验室试剂耗材三级库管理的流程,讲述了我院引入的全新管理模式,该模式实现了试剂耗材全流程的信息化管理,各环节流程清晰、分工明确,职责分明,使得试剂耗材的管理更规范、更科学、更完善,提升了业务运作效率的同时,达到了精细化管理的要求。Based on the three-level storeroom management process in the hospital, this paper described the introduction of a completely new management mode for administration of reagent and consumable libraries. The mode realized information management of the whole process and provided a clear picture of each step involved in the examination with distinguished responsibilities. As a result, it ensured the reagents and consumables were managed in a more efficient, scientific and improved way. Additionally, it improved the operation efficiency of the business and reached the requirements of fine management in the meanwhile.
