摘  要:本文简述了PDCA循环管理过程,介绍了它在核磁共振设备水冷系统维护维修中的应用。经过一系列改进措施,提高了水冷系统的设备完好率,保证了核磁共振设备工作日开机天数,从而增加了核磁设备的工作效益和经济收入,提高了医院管理水平。This paper introduced the PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action) cycle management and its application on maintenance and troubleshooting of the cooling system of NMR(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) devices. After a series of improvement measures, the cooling system availability rate was improved and the working hours of NMR devices were guaranteed. Consequently, better work efficiency and economic benefits were achieved and comprehensive management of the hospital was enhanced.
