摘　　要：本文介绍了以电子病历为核心的医院手术麻醉信息系统(AIMS)以及我院在应用中的系统设计及其具体模块功能。通过AIMS对患者的各项生命体征数据的收集、整理、储存、挖掘分析,为麻醉临床信息决策提供了准确的数据支持,提高了医院的管理质量和控制能力。This paper explained the Anesthesia Information Management System（AIMS） with EMR（Electronic Medical Records） as the core, and its system design and the function of the specific module in our hospital. Through the AIMS, collection, reorganization, storage and mining analysis of vital sign data from the patient could provide the accurate data support for the anesthesia clinical information decision, so as to improve the hospital management quality and the control ability.
