社会转型期残疾人运动员多元需求及社会保障支持系统的研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对我国社会转型期残疾人运动员的多元需求及其社会保障支持的缺位进行分析,进而提出规范残疾人运动员社会保障支持系统的建议。认为社会转型期残疾人运动员社会保障支持系统普遍存在建设滞后、体系缺乏系统规划、资金不足、资源调动乏力等内容的缺位。而更新传统思想观念发挥社会责任、完善社会保障支持的法制渠道、整合资源增加社会资本投入,以及优化社会保障支持模式,终将成为完善残疾人运动员社会保障支持系统的有效途径。Applied some research methods,such as documentary and logical analysis and so on,this paper researched on the diverse demands of athletes and lacking of social security support during the social transition of China and given suggestions on social security support for disable athletes and social support system. It show ed that social security system which for disable athletes in social transition was lagging construction,lacking of planning,insufficient fund and lacking in strength of resources scheduling and etc. In addition,refreshing the traditional concept to develop social duty,perfecting the legal channel of social security support system,integrating resources to add more social capital and optimizing social security support module would be effective ways to improve the social security system for disable athletes.
