摘　　要：经营和管理是进行联赛管理的重要手段。对英超联赛的经营模式进行探析,发现英格兰足球超级联赛在电视转播、门票收入、球迷文化等方面形成了自身特点;对英超赛事管理模式进行研究,分析其在赛事管理的组织体制、俱乐部球员的管理与培养、俱乐部后备人才的培养、职业裁判的培养及赛事利益分配机制等方面的特点。Operation and Management are important ways for the Premier League management. The paper discusses the operation mode of the Premier League and finds out that the Premier League has its unique features in TV relay, box office and fan culture; the paper also analyses the management mode of the Premier League and discusses its features of competition management mechanism, management and cultivation of club members, development of club talent reserve, development of professional referee and distribution mechanism of competition benefit.
