养阴益气汤联合罗格列酮对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者糖脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察养阴益气汤联合罗格列酮对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法:将60例2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组患者给予罗格列酮片口服治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上加服养阴益气汤,药物组成:黄芪15 g,西洋参12 g,沙参15 g,葛根15 g,山药12 g,龟板12 g,生地黄12 g,山萸肉12g,五味子12 g,麦冬12 g,甘草15g。两组患者治疗时间均为4周。比较两组患者临床疗效,糖脂代谢的变化。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组患者的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白水平明显降低,而高密度脂蛋白水平则明显升高。治疗组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.052,P=0.032;t=2.521,P<0.01);与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(t=2.048,P=0.036;t=2.524,P<0.01)。结论:养阴益气汤联合罗格列酮降糖治疗能够较好地调节2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者的糖脂代谢。Objective：To observe the effect of Yang Yin Yi Qi Decoction combined with Rosiglitazone in treatment of glucose and lipid metabolism of type 2 diabetes patients with insulin resistance. Methods ：60 patients with Type 2 diabetes were randomly divid- ed into therapy group （n = 30） and control group （n = 30 ）. Patients in the control group were treated with Rosiglitazone, while pa- tients in therapy group were treated Yang Yin Yi Qi Decoction combined with Rosiglitazone. TCM drug ingredients：Astragalus 15 g, Ginseng 12 g,Radix 15 g,Pueraria 15 g,Chinese yam 12 g,Turtle shell 12 g,Rehmanniae 12 g,Dogwood 12 g,Schisandra 12 g, Radix 12 g,licorice 15 g. All patients were treated for 4 weeks. Then the clinical efficacies as well as the glucose and lipid metabo- lism conditions of both groups were compared. Result ： After treatment all the above indexes of the therapy group got improved sig- nificantly （ t = 2. 052, P = 0. 032 ; t = 2. 521, P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, compared with those of the control group, the level of 9 HBAlc, FBG, TG,TC and LDL-C of the therapy group decreased significantly, and the level of HDL-C increased significantly （t = 2. 048 ,P = 0. 036 ;t = 2. 524 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：Yang Yin Yi Qi Decoction combined with Rosiglitazone can effectively regu- late the glucose and lipid metabolism conditions of Type 2 diabetes patients with insulin resistance in clinical practices.
