从“火郁发之”浅析女性冠心病的中医治疗

摘　　要：以"火郁发之"为理论基础,结合当今女性独特的生理病理特点,阐述了情志因素导致"火郁"在女性冠心病中发病的作用,并提出"火郁发之"的理论渊源及意义、病机和治疗方法。基于"火郁发之"的理论治疗女性冠心病主要采用调畅情志,祛除病因;审查病机,因势利导;脏腑论治,心肝并重;治病求本,不忘补法的治疗方法,使气机宣通,脏腑功能正常,达到"阴平阳秘,精神乃治"的健康状态。This paper, based on the theory of ＂ releasing stagnated Fire＂ and women＇s unique physiological and pathological characteristics in current times, is to illustrate the effect of ＂ stagnated Fire＂ and the emotional factor on the occurrence of female coronary heart disease. The theoretical origin, the significance, and the method of ＂ releasing stagnated Fire＂ as well as the path- ogenesis of ＂ stagnated Fire＂ are also to be discussed. This study suggests that in treating for female coronary heart disease, emo- tion regulating should be done to eliminate the cause of disease and the Heart and Liver functions should be improved to keep the overall balance of Yin and Yang physically and the peaceful state of mind.
