摘　　要：紫苏中含有多种化学成分,如香叶醇、黄酮、萜类、香茅醇等,能够抗氧化、降血脂、抗血栓、抗菌等。临床方面可应用于抑郁、心血管疾病。紫苏在食疗、抗抑郁及改善心脑血管功能等方面的应用及紫苏油将是未来研究的重点。Perilla frutescens contains many kinds of chemical constituents such as flavonoids, citroneUol, geraniol, benzyl alcohol, terpene and so on, it also has many function such as antioxidant activity, regulating blood fat, anti thrombus, antibacteriall and other pharmacological effects. Clinical aspects can be applied to depression, cardiovascular disease. Application of perilla frutescens in diet, depression and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, perilla frutescens oil, will be the focus of research.
