复聪汤对神经性耳聋患者血清NO、Connexin26、Connexin30水平表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复聪汤对神经性耳聋患者血清一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、连接蛋白26(Connexin26)、连接蛋白30(Connexin30)水平表达的影响。方法:将90例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组45例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用复聪汤治疗,记录两组患者血清NO、Connexin26及Connexin30水平及生存质量、血液流变学指标,同时比较临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组有效率为88.89%,对照组有效率为71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后血清NO、Connexin26及Connexin30水平升高,治疗后简易精神状态量表(minimum mental state examination,MMSE)、日常生活活动能力Barthel指数(modijied Barthele index,MBI)评分升高,焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分降低,治疗后血液黏度指标及红细胞压积显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率(8.89%)与对照组(6.67%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复聪汤能降低神经性耳聋患者血清NO、Connexin26、Connexin30表达水平,提高生活质量,临床疗效显著。Objective：To investigate the effect of Fucong Decoction on serum NO, Connexin26 and Connexin30 levels in patients with nerve deafness. Methods：90 patients with nerve deafness in our hospital were were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, while the experiment group was treated with TCM Fucong Decoction. The serum NO, Connexin26 and Connexin30 levels of both groups patients＇ quality of life, and their blood rheology index were recorded. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of both groups were examined. Re- suits：The effective rate of the experiment group （88.89%） was higher than that of the control group （71.11%） with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with those of the control group, the serum NO, Connexin26 and Connexin30 levels of the ex- periment group after treatment increased,the MMSE and MBI score increased, the SAS and SDS score decreased, and the blood viscosity index and packed cell volume reduced, with all of the differences being statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no difference between the rate of adverse reactions （8.89%） of the experiment group and that （6.67%） of the control group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion ： TCM Fucong Decoction is effective in treatment of nerve deafness, which can reduce serum NO, Connexin26 and Connexin30 expressions levels and improve patients＇ quality of life.
