小针刀结合臭氧治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察小针刀结合臭氧治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法:60例桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例采用小针刀结合臭氧,对照组30例采用封闭注射。观察两组治疗前后的临床疗效。结果:治疗后视觉模拟评分(visual analog scale,VAS)治疗组为(2.14±0.58)分,对照组为(3.47±1.14)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组有效率为90%,对照组有效率为67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀结合臭氧疗效较单纯封闭注射治疗效果好,能有效缓解症状和疼痛。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of acupotomy combined with piroxicam patches in treatment of stenosing ten- dovaginitis of radial styloid. Methods：60 cases with stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group（ 30 cases） was given acupotomy combined with 03 and control group （30 cases） was given closed injections. Observed the clinical effects of two groups before and after treatment. Results：The visual analogue scale VAS was（2.14 ±0.58） points in treat- ment group and （3.47 ± 1.14） in control group. Compared of two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The ef- fective rate was 90% in treatment group and 67% in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Acupotomy combined with 03 in treating stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid has better curative effect and can effectively alleviate the symptoms and pain.
