正容汤加减联合透穴法治疗后天麻痹性斜视临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨正容汤加减联合透穴法治疗后天麻痹性斜视的临床疗效。方法:选取108例后天麻痹性斜视患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组54例,予西医方法治疗,观察组54例,予正容汤加减联合透穴法治疗,观察治疗前后相关指标变化情况。结果:对照组治愈率24.07%、有效率83.33%,观察组治愈率40.74%、有效率94.45%,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在正前方和下方视野复视消失时间、各方向复视完全消失时间、眼球运动正常时间、代偿头位消失时间等方面明显短于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后在视力、视网膜对应、立体视功能正常率较治疗前显著提高,同视机评分较治疗前显著下降,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组视力、视网膜对应、立体视功能正常率较对照组正常率更高,同视机评分下降更加显著,两组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正容汤加减联合透穴法治疗后天麻痹性斜视疗效确切。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Zhengrong Decoction Combined with penetrating method of acu- puncture therapy in treatment of Acquired Paralytic Strabismus. Methods ： 108 cases with acquired paralytic strabismus were ran- domly divided into two groups, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine, while the obser- vation group was treated with modified Zhengrong Decoction Combined with penetration method of acupuncture therapy. Changes in the relevant indicators were observed before and after treatment. Results： The recovery rate （40.74%） and the effective rate （94.45%） of the observation group was significantly higher than those （24.07%, 83.33% ） of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The processes of diplopia disappearance in front of and below horizons, diplopia disappearance in all directions, eye normal move- ments recovery and compensatory head position disappearance of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment the visual acuity, retinal correspondence and stereopsis normal rate improved significant- ly than those before treatment, and the synoptophore score decreased significantly than that before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Com- pared with those of the control group, the changes in patients＇ vision, retinal correspondence, stereopsis normal rate and the synop- tophore score of the observation group were more significant （P 〈 0.05） Conclusion ： Modified Zhengrong Decoction Combined with penetrating method of acupuncture therapy in treatment of Acquired Paralytic Strabismus is effective.
