摘　　要：目的:探讨严重多发伤急诊科早期诊断及有效救治措施。方法:对笔者近3年来收治的58例严重多发伤并按急诊室多发伤急救程序进行救治患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:有3例患者入院前死亡,有2例患者急诊抢救时无效死亡,急诊手术46例,术中死亡1例,急诊心肺复苏成功收入ICU病房后死亡2例,后期死于多器官功能衰竭4例,其余均治愈出院,总抢救成功率79.3%。结论:严重多发伤诊断难、处理难、死亡率高,应予以重视,早期进行规范化和合理化的抢救,提高患者的生存质量。Objective： To investigate the early emergency diagnosis and effective treatment measures of severe multiple trauma.Method： The clinical, data of 58 cases of severe multiple injury patients during the past 3 years were retrospectively analyzed, they were given treatment according to the emergency medical procedures of emergency room for treatment of multiple trauma.Result： Three patients dead before admission, 2 patients dead with emergency rescue invalid.46 cases underwent emergency surgery, 1 case was intraoperative death.2 cases dead in ICU ward after emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation success.4 cases later died of multiple organ failure.The rest were cured, the total rescue success rate was 79.3%.Conclusion： The diagnosis and management of severe multiple trauma is difficult, it has high mortality, and shall be attended.Early normalized and rationalizing rescue can improve the quality of life of patients.
