可控温灸疗对乳腺癌术侧肩关节功能的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨可控温灸疗对改善乳腺癌术后患肢肩关节功能的影响。[方法]将70例符合纳入标准的患者按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组与研究组各35例。对照组采用乳腺癌术后常规护理方法,研究组在此基础上采用肩关节区域可控温灸疗,通过检测患者术后1月±1周、3月±1周肩关节活动度,观察两组患者肩关节功能障碍的发生及程度。[结果]研究组在术后1月±1周、术后3月±1周肩关节功能障碍发生例数及发生程度低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组在术后1月±1周、术后3月±1周肩关节活动度前屈、后伸、外展、旋内旋外优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]可控温灸疗对改善乳腺癌术后患肢肩关节功能有显著疗效,值得临床应用。[Objective] Discuss controllable temperature moxibustion effect on improvement of limb shoulder joint function after surgery for breast cancer.[Methods] Total of 70 patients were chosen and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,each with 35 cases. The control group received routine nursing methods after breast cancer surgery while the treatment group received controllable temperature moxibustion therapy in addition. By examining patients with postoperative 1 month ± 1 week and 3 months ± 1 week shoulder joint activity,to observe two groups of patients and degree of shoulder joint dysfunction happened. [Results] Postoperative 1 month ± 1 week,3 months ± 1 week after the team shoulder joint dysfunction happening degree is better than that of control group, the number of cases and comparing the two groups have statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Postoperative 1 month ± 1week,3 months ± 1 week after the team before the shoulder joint mobility, stretch, outreach and screw in screw are better than that of control group,comparing the two groups has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.[Conclusions] Controllable temperature moxibustion to improve limb shoulder joint function after surgery for breast cancer has significant curative effect.
