摘　　要：一台500kV主变在交接试验时,在进行铁芯、夹件绝缘电阻试验时,发现铁芯对夹件的绝缘电阻低,结合变压器结构分析,变压器铁芯与夹件之间绝缘破损或存在异物。变压器钻检没有发现异常,返厂吊罩检查发现旁柱上梁底部及上铁轭和夹件之间有一个密封胶垫,处理后试验合格,至今运行正常。A 500 kV main transformer in the handover test,in the core,clamps insulation resistance test.It is found that the core of clamps the insulation resistance is low,combined with transformer structure analysis,iron core transformer and clamps between the insulation is broken or the presence of a foreign body.Transformer drilling examination found no abnormalities,returns to the factory cover lifting inspection found beside the beam bottom and iron yoke and sandwiched between a sealing rubber pad,after passing the test,have been operating normally.
