New Regulations and Guideline Issued for Control of Overload in Transport

摘　　要：自2016年9月21日起,对于公路货运车辆,各地交通运输、公安部门要严格按照GB 1589-2016规定的最大允许总质量限值,认定车辆车货总重是否超限超载,并据此进行检查和执法（详见《公路货运车辆超限超载认定标准》）。Recently, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Industry and Information and Ministry of Public Security jointly issued a series of regulations and guidelines addressing the overload issues in transport businesses. To this end, the magazine summarizes those related items from the document concerning the determination, punishment fine and action plan for vehicle production, refit supervision and overloading and makes necessary category.
