摘　　要：本文概述了贵州烤烟育种工作的进展,分析了当前贵州烤烟育种及品种工作存在的问题,提出贵州烤烟品种工作应坚持优质兼顾产量的育种目标,构建限制产量的烤烟品种评价指标体系;加强种质资源的鉴定及性状遗传基础研究,培育具有明显区域特色的核心亲本;促进育种新技术与传统育种技术的融合,实现定向化和精准化育种;加强工商研合作,加快品种选育与应用的品种工作思路与对策。In this paper we summarized the progress in tobacco breeding in Guizhou province and also analyzed current problems existed in varieties and breeding practices. We proposed that tobacco breeding practice in Guizhou province should persist in the aim of high quality while giving consideration to yield. Evaluation index system for tobacco varieties should be constructed to restrain yield. Basic research of germplasm resource identification and inheritance of traits should be strengthened in order to breed core parents with clear regional features. Integration of novel breeding approaches with traditional breeding techniques should be promoted to achieve orientational and precision breeding. Ideas and solutions for accelerating variety selection and application by reinforcing cooperation among industrial,commercial and research branches were brought forward as well.
