摘　　要：简要回顾了酞菁蓝颜料的发展史.介绍了酞菁蓝粗品的合成方法,即溶剂法与固相法,及其具体生产工艺,包括以邻苯二甲酸酐为根基的生产工艺和以邻苯二甲晴为基础的生产工艺;还介绍了铜酞菁蓝颜料化的方法,即酸溶/酸胀法和球墨/捏合法,以及各铜酞菁晶型的制备方法,这些晶型以α型、β型与￡型为主,其他还包括γ型与δ型晶型,同时指出了各种晶型酞菁蓝颜料名称、索引号、性能及应用范围.另外,对多卤铜酞菁绿、无金属酞菁、氯铝酞菁蓝和锌酞菁蓝的合成、颜料化、性能及应用范围也做了介绍.It reviews the history of phthalocyanine pigment development and introduces the various methods of blue crude synthesis such as solvent process and baking process. Two two basic crude production processes, once from phthalic anhydride and another from phthalodinitride are described. It also presents the pigmentation methods such as acid pasting/acid swelling, ball milling and salt attrition. Different crystal modifications, their properties and application are also summarized which includes alpha, beta, gamma, delta and epsilon formations. Other phthalocyanine blue such as halogenated phthalocyanine, metal free phthalocyanine, chloro-aluminum phthalocyanine and Zinc phthalocyanine are also described.
