摘　　要：以对氨基苯磺酸钠、盐酸、亚硝酸钠等为原料,用重氮盐反应对C.I.颜料红122进行表面改性.研究了配比、超声、反应温度等因素对改性效果的影响,并制备了自分散C.I.颜料红122色浆.制备的色浆其固含量约11％、平均粒径173 nm、表面张力71 mN/m、黏度2.4 mPa.s、稳定性指数0.2,无需分散剂即可在水性溶剂中均匀分散,方便于各种墨水的配制.A surface modification of C.I. pigment red 122 is made by diazonium salt reaction, using sodium sulfanilate, hydrochloride, sodium nitrite as raw material. The effect of modification is discussed separately through the ratio, ultrasonic and reaction temperature factors. The prepared self-disperse C.I. pigment red 122 color paste＇s solid content is 11%, average particle size is 173 nm, surface tension is 71 mN/m, viscosity is 2.4 mPa.s, stability index is 0.2. It can monodisperse in the waterborne solvent without dispersant, which is convenient to prepare different kinds of ink.
