小败毒膏联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗寻常痤疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价口服小败毒膏联合外用夫西地酸乳膏治疗轻、中度寻常痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法寻常痤疮165例,随机分为2组,治疗组86例,采用口服小败毒膏联合外用夫西地酸乳膏治疗;对照组79例,单独外用夫西地酸乳膏治疗。均连用8周,分别在治疗后第2、4、6、8周末观察疗效并评价安全性。结果在治疗8周结束后,治疗组有效率81.4%,与对照组(50.6%)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗组治愈率34.9%,与对照组(12.7%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009),小败毒膏联合外用夫西地酸乳膏疗效较好。在治疗过程中,两组均未见明显不良反应。结论口服小败毒膏联合外用夫西地酸乳膏治疗轻、中度寻常痤疮具有疗效较好、治愈率高、不良反应少等优点,是较理想的治疗方案。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xiaobaidu concentracted decoctions combined with Fusidic acid cream in the treatment of mild and moderate acne vulgaris. Methods One hundred and sixty five subjects with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups. 86 cases in treatment group which were treated by Xiaobaidu concentracted decoctions combined with fusidic acid cream; 79 cases in control group which were treated only by Fusidic acid cream. All the patients received therapy for 8 weeks continuously and had been observed to evaluate the efficacy on the second,fourth,sixth and eighth week of treatment.Results On the eighth week of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 81.4%,and there was a significant difference compared with the control group（ 50.6%,P〈0.001）; The cure rate of the treatment group was 34.9%,and the difference was statistically different compared with the control group（ 12. 7%,P = 0. 009）.The group treated only by Fusidic acid cream had poor effect. Both groups had not obvious side- effect during treatment. Conclusions It is an ideal therapy by using Xiaobaidu concentracted decoctions combined with Fusidic acid cream in the treatment of mild and moderate acne vulgaris with better effect and higher cure rate and less side-effect.
